Incense Information
(Can be used for incenses in spell kits also)
This was originally for the spell kits we produced. We no longer produce products however this can easily be adapted for kits you make up yourself or purchase elsewhere.
To perform a spell for any of our spell kits (or to adapt another spell kit) the following can be used.
Some spell kits have specific corresponding spells that can be found under the Spells & Ritual Work tab.
However if these seem overwhelming use this.
Our spell kits are specifically mixed to correspond with the intent of their titles, we use specific herbs and essential oils for the incense & anointing oils that best support & concentrate the energy of this.
When preforming spells or rituals it is always a great idea to cast a circle first.
Here the energies can be built up without dissipation & they are focused & concentrated.
It is also much easier to dissolve the spell & start again if the energies don't feel right when working in a sacred circle. This is because they are contained within the circle until the spell is done & dissolution within the circle reduces the risk of residual energies from the spell 'floating' about that may infer with further energy work.
Further information on preparing your sacred space & other tips can be found under Spell/Ritual Preparation.

Tools & Items You Will Need
|
Preparation Before you begin to set up for the spell it is a good idea to cleanse yourself & focus on the task which will help build intent. Do this by either smudging yourself with white sage/desert sage/white copal (or a combination of all) or you can have a cleansing/purifying bath or shower (sea salt scrubs are great for these). While you perform this cleansing use visualization to help you focus on the intent of the spell.
After you have performed your cleansing set up your sacred space & cast your circle while you continue to concentrate on the intent of the spell (it is not essential to cast a circle however it does help to concentrate your focus & energy). |
