When preforming spells or rituals it is always a great idea to cast a circle first.
Here the energies can be built up without dissipation & they can be focused & concentrated.
It is also much easier to dissolve the spell & start again if the energies don't feel right when working in a sacred circle.

When you have finished your energy work, it is a important to ground yourself, this can easily be done by walking around on the ground outside in bare feet, drinking a class or water or having a cup of herbal or black tea. Sit in a quiet space, a place with relaxation music &/or outside if practical & relax for 1/2 hour.
